We are happy to offer you farm tours, vineyard excursions, cellar tours, and garden walks. Refine your holiday cooking with fresh herbs and vegetables from our garden. Enjoy the orchard with its grapevines, apricot, peach, plum, cherry, kiwi, persimmon, and walnut trees.
Experience with us how farm products are made – from jams to herbal salt – and join us in baking bread or a traditional apple strudel.
We also serve breakfast with our own farm products, presented in a breakfast basket. It includes: homemade jam*, apple juice*, breakfast eggs* with herbal salt*, speck*, herb spreads*, fruit salad*, apple purée*, a glass of white wine*, a selection of herbal teas*, seasonal fruits*, freshly baked bread*, and homemade cake*.
For dinner we offer traditional South Tyrolean farmhouse cuisine such as barley soup, dumplings with goulash, or apricot dumplings.
And because we would like you to enjoy our specialties even after your holiday, we warmly invite you to stop by our farm shop, where you will find a variety of raw and refined products from our own cultivation to take home with you.
