The spacious holiday apartment (82 m²) on the 1st floor has two separate entrances. One entrance is outside the estate with a small two-sided staircase, the second entrance is directly inside the courtyard of Ansitz Grustdorf. In addition, the apartment is distinguished by its historic vaulted ceilings, which are protected. The apartment does not have a balcony or terrace, but guests are welcome to use the shared garden with swimming pool and sunbathing lawn.
The apartment includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a single bedroom, and features a high-quality equipped kitchen with natural wood flooring and a dining area. The large bathroom is fitted with a shower-bathtub combination, toilet, bidet, and a washing machine with dryer. For children, there is a small play corner inside the apartment.
On cold winter days, the apartment can be heated with a traditional wood stove. Throughout the year, the apartment offers a naturally balanced climate. The thick walls create a unique indoor climate all year round—something very difficult to achieve even in modern newly built houses. Complimentary toiletries are available in the bathroom.
We offer breakfast with farm products from our estate at the price of €20 per person. The breakfast is prepared with local products from our farm and served in a basket. It includes homemade jam, apple juice, eggs with herb salt, bacon, herb spread, fruit salad, applesauce, a variety of herbal teas, seasonal fruit, freshly baked bread, and a homemade cake.
