Here we inform you about the most important booking conditions so that you can begin your holiday in Eppan St. Michael relaxed and well-prepared.

Arrival and departure
• On the day of arrival, the holiday apartments are available from 3:00 p.m. Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance.
• On the day of departure, the rooms and apartments are available until 9:00 a.m.

Payment terms
• Payment is possible in cash only.

Local tax
• Please note that we are obliged to collect a local tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night for all guests aged 14 and over. This fee is not included in the price.

Other information
• Baby cots and highchairs are available free of charge upon request.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
• The final cleaning is included in the price.

Cancellation policy
• Please inform us in good time if you need to cancel your holiday. By arrangement, we waive cancellation fees. Only in special cases may a fee be agreed upon.

Prices
• Prices are per night for 2 persons.
• For each additional person, a surcharge of €10–20 applies.
• Pets are welcome at our farm; however, please inform us before booking. The price per night is €0–10 depending on the arrangement.
